Cannnot login with Gateway

Hi Code team,

I encountered an issue while configuring the newly installed ARC and TM1 services. When attempting to log in through the Gateway, the interface consistently returns an “unauthorized” error.

I checked the arc.log file and found the content shown below.

and i set CreateNewCAMClients=T for tm1s.cfg already

does anyone can help?

Just to post the solution, the issue was coming from a CAM configuration issue. One CAM configuration was fixed, Arc worked as expected.
