it coud be after 4 hours or after 30 minutes to use the Pulse web page…

I noticed that you are using pulse 5.6.x, would you be able to upgrade to the latest Pulse? and tell me if it recurs. If it does, I would suggest to raise this to your local Cubewise support office so we can follow this as a support request.
