I installed Arc on the customer’s computers which are not connected to Internet. It is the trial version downloaded from cubewise code. I am trying to get a license manually, however, It gives me the error below.
How can I solve that?

The Signature generated is valid only for 5 min (This is for security purposes).
Could you please try again the steps from scratch? You need to complete the process in less than 5 min.
