Arc Error Message

Hello Forum,

Have an unusal error message at a client when running a process or saving process/rule in Arc.

Process appears to run but not save. Rule gives the error but saves the change.

Strangely, the issue resolved itself for myself but not for other users.

Are you able to find reproducible steps? Does it happen only to the same rule or the same process?

Yes issue is on all objects, processes/rules/cube views. It is now re-occuring for me also.

Client is also on IBM Cloud.

Do you have the steps to replicate this issue? Does it happen each time you click the save button?

When you say IBM Cloud, is it PA Cloud (v11) or PAaaS (v12)?

Sorry it’s took a while to respond. Yes PA Cloud v11.

it happens whenever I save, across multiple instances Dev/Test/Prod. It is the same issue each time.

Could it be a case of re-installing Arc?
