Strange issue for a user - can only input one letter at a time while typing in the comment section. It requires going out from the box and back into it for each character. This is only happening in the comments column and nowhere else in the blue editable fields.
After each character is entered they need to validate the input by clicking on the pop-up “paste” option that appears.
User is unable to copy/paste entire comment from other source (excel/notepad etc).
