We are busy migrating a client to UX version 2024.09 FP2 and have noticed that the export to PDF is rendering a blank data range even though the source view contains data:
Comparing this to the current PROD, the same view with the same data is generating a PDF report with data:
Any settings we might be missing with the latest version of UX? Or is this a bug?

You can try increasing the value for the global setting printerPauseBeforePrint
Hi @cw-ch-scott , which file has that parameter? is there any default value for that or do we need to add that?
should be in /<webapp>/WEB-INF/config/settings.json

it is better to continue the post, when one of predefined grid style is set, color formats become invisible in print or pdf export.
Any help will be appreciated, it is urgent
