LocalConnectionCheckTimeout is the Time in Ms to wait for a response from a local TM1 instance before it is defined as Offline by Pulse.
RemoteConnectionCheckTimeout is the Time in Ms to wait for a response from a remote (IBM PA SaaS) TM1 instance before it is defined as Offline by Pulse
