We migrated the support for all our products to https://global.care.cubewise.com/. All tickets have been migrated, once you sign up you’ll be able to find your tickets in the new portal.
The support.cubewise.com site remains online because we need it as an authentication portal for other systems.
For support, you should go to the new portal: https://global.care.cubewise.com/
