Time Management Tool with Arc 1.11

I have Arc 1.11 and am trying to create a Time dim for a company whose fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30. A calendar year rollup would be a bonus. I would imagine the guys in Australia would need this so maybe I’m doing something wrong.

I tried using the ‘Manual’ setting
