The new 'Pulse Summary Report' has empty results when sent via email

I have some TM1 servers where the new ‘Pulse Summary Report’ has empty results when sent via email, but works fine when I click the test button.

I found that the 'update documentation is working just fine for this TM1 instance which shows empty results for the new ‘Pulse Summary Report’.

Can you share the steps to ensure that the ‘Pulse summary report’ is working as expected?

Thanks for the reply. Can you think of a reason why the email I get would be empty of the graphs?

This could be related to the time frame parameterised for the report. How many historical days have been set for the report?
