Does Pulse have a record of changes made to the tm1s.cfg file for each instance e.g. what changed and when?

No, Currently Pulse does not track changes to the tm1s.cfg. But this looks like a good idea.

If there’s s file that you want to track in git and have a history of then this is surely it.
