Pulse dump files timestamps

Hi,

I was asked to analyse a TM1 Server crash in Prod on 2018-12-24. I looked at the .dump files in pulse and I found a dump file from that day: instanceName_20181224050421476.dump

The timestamp doesn’t quite match to the information I recieved about the timing of the Server crash (few hours difference).

Can I trust pulse? Can I trust that pulse created this .dump file right after a server crash happened (with a tolerance of a few seconds / minutes)?

It the few hours difference the exact difference between GMT time and local time?

No. Probably people just werent really precise about when it actually happened.
But can we assume that the dump happens right after the crash ?

Yes.In my experience dump file creation is immediate and should be created the same time as the notification is sent.
