Pulse does not display TM1 Server Log

Pulse seems to drop its connection with the TM1Server log and stops displaying messages. I updated pulse to use a service account that I know has the correct access, but it still does not display the TM1 server log. Any ideas how to diagnose/fix this?

I updated the connection pool settings and I will report back if that fixes the issue.
