Currently have Pulse version 5.7.8 installed. Although the Pulse service is running it appears to be disconnecting to TM1 periodically each day. Has anybody experienced this?

Could you please describe us the"disconnecting to TM1 periodically" behavior. Is Pulse stopping to refresh the threads and tm1server.log?

The service itself is not stopping. When I pull up the services on this windows server it shows running but when I pull up the Web page it simply states the following:
“This page can’t be displayed”

Please send the contents of the Pulse For TM1/Log folder to you local support office, so we can take a look into the detail of this problem.
