PDF documentation damaged

My client is trying to open the pdf technical documentation file created in Pulse but gets this error message using Adobe Reader version 19. I get the same error trying to open his file using Adobe 21.

He is using Chrome on his laptop but the server has IE8 (which we know is not supported). Would that affect the pdf file generated and downloaded on laptop?

Hi @crothman,

The PDF is generated on the server and therefore the browser isn’t involved. More likely there may be an issue with the content in the PDF or an error has occurred. We need extra details such as the logs and examples of the PDFs. You should create a ticket in the Pulse issue register.

Thanks for your quick response. I don’t have access to the client server so I have asked Jose Ramirez to create a new issue on the support page. I am happy to still be involved in the process if possible.
