Apliqo UX - SSO not working after upgrading TM1 to 2.1.13

Hi,

I have upgraded TM1 to PA 2.1.13 and everything (Arc, Pulse, Perspectives, TM1Web) seems to work accept Apliqo UX. Previously, going to the Apliqo URL would automatically log the user on, now the user is presented with the Apliqo logon screen. Entering the AD credentials work and then the screens work as usual. The Apliqo UX version is 2024.09 and hasn’t been changed this year. Custom SSL certs are being used (again no change here) but I had to update TM1Web for this issue https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/tm1web-does-not-show-any-tm1-servers-server-dropdown, but I think that is related to TM1Web, not the server so I don’t think it should affect Apliqo.

Has any one hit a similar issue with Apliqo UX or have any ideas what to check?

From 2.1.12+ IBM changed something about how CAM with SSO works you need to upgrade UX to 2009.04.FP4+ to deal with this (or else downgrade TM1)

Thanks, so PA 2.1.11 should be ok?

I think it was 2.1.12 and not 2.1.11 when this change happened. Not 100% sure but one of these versions.
