All pulse instances marked as configure

Got an issue with the pulse fat client on our dev TM1 server. All the TM1 instances are marked as configure. I have reinstalled pulse as well as rebooted the server but it has not fixed the issue.

Hi Brian,

Please check in the web client if the pulse bin path has been set properly:

Looks like the bin directory info was missing. No idea why. I have added it back and restarted pulse.
