Pulse 5.6 - Reset Password

Just updated our version of pulse to 5.6. Including the migration to SQL server.

For some reason the admin password no longer works. I have tried to reset the password but that also does not seem to work.

If I look in the SQL server table systemuser, I can see no PROD users on users from the dev server.

What is the best way to reset the password.

Managed to fix it buy duplicating the DEV user and resetting the password.

Did you successfully upgrade to a single database before migrating to SQL Server?

I think so. not sure how you can tell.

The pulse.log should have the details.

Lots of duplicate key errors in the log file. File is attached.
